You mean the owners/ managers of the shop? We're a non-profit association called Ventrículo Esquerdo (Left Ventricle - besides sardines, we have a thing for hearts). Expect great things from us!

We accept all major credit and debit cards through Paypal - no need to create an account

When will I get my order?

Orders placed with normal International Shipping are sent by First Class Post from Portugal, which means they will usually be delivered from 5 to 10 working days, but they can take up to 4 to 6 weeks (this is highly unusual, however!), and they won’t have a tracking number.

Orders placed with International Shipping with Tracking will be a little faster in arriving, and an e-mail will be sent to you with the tracking number as soon as it’s dispatched.
