Caldo Verde Apron

Some say that Portuguese cuisine is one of the richest in the world, others complain on the lack of concern with the way it looks, but in the end no one forgets the wonderful soups, the one thousand different ways of preparing the cod and all the pastries.

We had to choose something to start our apron collection with, and the result is this delicious meal: Starting with Caldo Verde (Portuguese Green Soup) to warm you on the colder days,
followed by fried cod cakes - so good when served with bean rice, and, in the end, along with an Expresso, the famous Pastel de Nata.
We share the recipes in Portuguese and English, written upside down thinking of those who really do cook with the apron on.
